Do You Have SOS-Special Occasion Syndrome?
(Definiton: Turning any minor occasion into an eating marathon because it's slightly
different than your usual routine.)

SOS is not about  overeating eating on family birthday unless you have 15 kids, nor is it            grouppicofparties.jpgcrop.jpgcrop2

Christmas or Thanksgiving, it's making any excuse to overeat or eat all the wrong things several times a week or more.Whether it's the opening of a new restaurant, taking you kids to McDonald's after sports event or going to the mall for a sale and ending up eating fast foods at the food court some people will find any excuse to eat all of the "wrong" things.

For most people "special events" should be a once or twice a month. When special events occur several times a week, they are no longer "special."

Remember, it's what you eat every day or almost every day that really counts.
