We need to spread the message that moderate weight loss of 10% is an acceptable, healthy option for those who want to lose weight. "This is a reasonable and realistic goal, one that can be achieved as well as sustained" says Dr Blackburn.

January 13, 2009 : There is 73% chance of developing ovarian cancer if BMI is greater than 30 vs. BMI of 25 in women not treated with hormones. In hormone treated post menopausal women the increase was 25% with obesity. The message we all  cannot forget that weight loss is not about vanity, its about living a longer and more healthy life.
