Sandwiches beat salads every day for weight loss!  It's not the bread that makes you gain weight  it's the salad dressing and all of the extras. Calories trump carbs and proteins all the time.

When it comes to trying to lose weight the dieter almost always thinks “salad” and rejects the sandwich. Part of this min dset comes from the low carb craze which teaches the “dangers” of bread, especially the white kind and the idea that all salads are low in calories and fat, after all it’s really, just “rabbit food”

Below are 2 salads and 2 burgers, one set from McDonalds and the other from Wendy’s.  On a piece of paper right down letter of the meal with the highest to lowest calories.
