These reports represent data from more than 700,00 people followed for 10 years all over the world. World renown scientists  whether at Harvard, Tufts,  Israel,  Italy or Cambridge University in Britain had found almost identical results:

  • All diet are  the same, producing almost identical weight loss after  2 years -whether it's low carb, Mediterranean, low fat, high carb etc.


  • Over  time all people attempting to lose weight revert back to the food they like, micronutrients can not be dictated to the dieter.
